  Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and factory box to ensure the delicate electronic components are protected during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's serial numbers and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
